Original brief
AltVentures needed an AI-powered hiring tool that could screen candidates automatically, manage the full pipeline, and integrate with calendar and communication tools — without a six-figure engineering budget. I led the technical build, connecting all APIs, building the full employer and candidate journey, and launching the MVP in 6 weeks.
Our recommendation
Originally scoped as an internal hiring tool for AltVentures studio clients. We quickly realised the problem was universal — every growing business faces the same hiring chaos. We built AltFind as a white-label product any company could deploy, with AI trained on their own historical data rather than a generic screening model. What started as an internal tool became a fully productised platform.
