Original brief
AltVentures needed an AI-powered hiring tool that could screen candidates automatically, manage the full pipeline, and integrate with calendar and communication tools without a six-figure engineering budget. I led the technical build, connecting all APIs, building the full employer and candidate journey, and launching the MVP in 6 weeks.
Our recommendation
Originally scoped as an internal hiring tool for AltVentures studio clients. We quickly realised the problem was universal every growing business faces the same hiring chaos. We built AltFind as a white-label product any company could deploy, with AI trained on their own historical data rather than a generic screening model. What started as an internal tool became a fully productised platform.
