Founder's Story
Before I started Wolf Nocode Studio, I was leading no-code development at a startup studio.
We launched internal apps, built tools for early-stage founders, helped raise funding, and supported growth and analytics.
We had a 24-person team and big plans. It felt like we were building something real.
But every internal product we launched failed.
Eventually, the leadership shifted focus. They didn’t want to turn the team into a product agency.
So they shut it all down.
Just like that, I was out of a job.
I had a choice.
Play it safe and look for something new
Or finally bet on myself and build the kind of studio I knew the world needed
Like most people, I hesitated.
I was constantly on YouTube searching “How to start a company” and “How to make money doing your own thing”
Every day felt like a coin flip
What if I fail
What if I lose everything I’ve saved
What if I’m not ready
Then I saw this clip from Joe Rogan’s podcast
“The hardest belt to get in jujitsu is the white belt because most people never start. A black belt is just a white belt who never stopped.”
That line stuck with me
So I gave myself a 3-month window
No big vision. Just a simple goal
Show up daily. Share my ideas on Twitter. Get active on the Bubble forum. Find founders who wanted to build serious apps
In the first 8 days, I landed my first client
In 10 days, I launched a directory platform called Cracked Writers Club
By month two, I was working on 3 projects together
That’s when it all clicked
I didn’t need permission
I just needed to start
Since then, things haven’t just worked
They’ve grown
I’ve shipped dozens of scalable MVPs
I’ve learned how to sell, how to scope, how to lead founders through the chaos of launching
My clients don’t leave, they come back for new versions, new ideas, new products
And even though I work 8 to 12 hours a day
I’ve never felt more free
I’m spending more time with family and friends
I’m sharper, more confident, more creative
And I’m finally building on my terms

But the work I'm most proud of isn't the code.
It's the conversation where I talked a client out of spending $800/month on a tool they didn't need, and built the same solution in 6 hours for $15/month. It's the user journey sessions that completely changed what we built, and made the product obvious to use from day one.
That's what I mean when I say I think like a co-founder.
